The Operations & Maintenance Department is also responsible for energy management and conservation issues, indoor air quality, facility rentals, and usage by community groups. The Department oversees and manages the function of the infrastructure for 4 district facilities that comprise of 173,740 square foot of space and includes 59 acres of ground. The department currently oversees custodial, preventive maintenance, security technology, building climate control, construction projects, fleet vehicles, and maintains all of the grounds and activity facilities.
